Growth Continues for EMS Provider EE Technologies
Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider EE Technologies announces the addition of a 5th line at its manufacturing plant in Empalme, Sonora, Mexico. EE Technologies is ISO/TS 16949:2009 certified at its US and Mexico facilities.

RENO, NV, January 19, 2011 /24-7PressRelease/ -- No sooner than EE Technologies (EET) completed the expansion and addition of its 4th Surface Mount Technology line, EET announced the addition of a 5th line at its manufacturing plant in Empalme, Sonora, Mexico. "We are delighted to be able to accommodate the growth of our existing customers as we continue to demonstrate world class commitment, consistency, and cost-management for them", said Sonny Newman, President of EET. He continued, "We also want to have the capacity and flexibility to diversify our business further and grow into promising new markets."

Originally, EET's strategic plans included limited capital expenditure and growth for 2010 based on the economy and its impact to our core customer's industries. However, EET's partnerships and successes have resulted in significantly higher growth than initially anticipated. This is exciting for EET and also a good indicator that the economy is showing some positive signs.

Recent additions of equipment at the Mexico manufacturing facility will increase EET's capacity by 66% and create a high degree of flexibility. The expanded space (an additional 22,000 square feet) allows room for current improvement initiatives such as lean manufacturing processes, streamlined packaging and materials management as well as accommodating future growth projects. The 39,000 square foot facility is home to a great team of people who designed the floor layout for the customers we currently support as well as expansion projects.

EET Mexico Plant Manager, Rogan Owens, stated: "The expanded capacity will be utilized to continue to provide World Class service to our customers and help them to meet their operational and financial needs.
